I need help from you guys. I have someone who sells Nanoray 900 which has Serialnumber : 395253JP. My guess it is most likely Fake. But he said that the racket comes from a dealer who is from Yonex Team. They said the change the serialnumber so they can't be fake. Only JP,SP and CH has these conditions..is this true?
And one more thing...he also has Nanoray Glanz and Arc 11 which both has same serialnumber : 395253JP Maybe someone can shed some light?.
Here is the official site to detect if your racket is genuine or fake, please not this only works for Rackets sole by Sunrise(official distributor of yonex for SE Asia). pretty much every racket sold in SE Asia shud befrom Sunrise and shud have a big rectangular hologram as shown in the below link. http://www.sunrisetnt.com/ I verified mine and it was genuine, hope it work for you.
The one you showed is cone code (engrave to cone), serial number is without the JP word printed on the shaft. The code is a low quality fake. Stay away from the seller.
not necessarily. Some high quality fakes come with the right cone code. Have to see a close up photo of cone code to confirm. like this one
Hi Friends, Please check this one if its genuine or otherwise. racket model: Yonex DUORA 10 shaft serial: 6809388 cone code : 300952SP source :KL, Malaysia Shop

Could you please check if these two are genuine: racket model: Yonex Armortec 900 Power shaft serial: 4951528 cone code : 140144AS source : friend price : 80US$ racket model: Yonex Armortec 900 Technique shaft serial: 9988874 cone code : 160214AS source : friend price : 80US$
Technically it could be real yes but not likely. The last digit is not normally that high ... Also this is only half of the 'serial number' [technically this is not even the serial number], the other part is on the shaft. And remember 17090[*GR/JP/CH ] always stands for the production date so the ones you listed earlier make no sense at all (those fake sellers will make up any store to justify themselves ). 17090* = 17-09-2010 = 17 September 2010 39525[3JP] = 39-52-2005/2015 ... yeah
It is definitely not only for high-end rackets but the Made in Taiwan rackets do have different serial numbers. Also it is very unlikely these models will be copied ...
