LD and BCL, when young, trained together and were good friends. But with CL the situation is different, there is generation gap, there should be respect, but at the same time CL have to work to overcome LD, as any sportsperson should do. Not easy

JOJ - only one title in 2015. That too GPG title.

Srikanth - 1 SS title this year. 1 GPG title. 2 GPG runner up.

It is difficult for WSX and WYH to get along well, they are the two pretty, there is rivalry for sure

Without the two old masters, who can beat CL? Momota and Axelsen are the only (small) possibility. But what will be the most interesting will be if Momota and Axelsen meet each other. They did not for a long time it seems.

The kind of rallies WSX excels in.

Without dropping a single set? You're pushing your luck, he's not so motivated or inspired in the absence of LD and LCW, not to mention it's the season-ending tournament where virtually every contestant is in varying degrees of fatigue, except for the one or two who 'enjoyed' early exits in several tournaments.

Assuming WSX is fully recovered, yes.

With ZYL injured, she's not going to win the XD nor WD, which means Zhang Nan has to try harder at MD, but, having lost the opening round to LYD/YYS, it's a big ask.
