That's right, to WSX's great credit, She disposed of Carolina Marin last week.

With her steel determination, Wang SX enters semifinal once again to eliminate Li XR, 10-21 / 21-19 / 21-10.

LXR's mental weakness is self-defeating, debilitating; otherwise, with her prodigious talents and consummate skills, I'd expect her to be the dominant WS player, even Steen Pedersen thought so too in one of his commentaries.

Not pelvic fracture, some lower back problem I think, forgot where I read it. Last year , it was her foot stress fracture which required her to put on the cast and affected her training for at least three months - it took her 6-9 months to regain match fitness.

I'm so speechless right now, I think WSX has changed her tactic in game 2, she must have put more pressure smashing more often. But, this match seems to me as a mystery, hopefully, somebody from the audience upload the match on youtube.

Just tuned into the WD match, Denmark vs Korea.

5 minutes in and there's already BS line calling from korean line judges from a slow lift that was clearly long of the back line by some distance (at least an inch or 2).

    Thank god for Hawkeye.

Both Shixian and Yihan are defending their points. Yihan is the defending champion and shixian reached semis last year.

Only few had beaten Carolina marin this year.
Saina and sung ji hyun , both of them defeated her for titles (in the finals). Remaining girls such as Yui hashimoto , shixian etc had beaten her in earlier rounds.

Ma Jin lacks a killer smash at the back.

World Champion Ahsan/Setiawan fails once again to go further in Superseries, this time to home pair Kim GJ/Kim SR, 17-21 / 15-21.
