I can't wait to see Anthony Ginting more. I really enjoy Jonatan Christie's play, but he's been knocked out already. Hope Ginting can make it deep so we can watch some higher quality videos of him.

Since the level here on par with SS and WC round the corner. Is it China strategy to hold them for lower level tournaments?
Indian team is small with 4 singles players. Doubles sent to lower level matches.
India fields one youngster Sameer Verma, faces Chen Long in 2nd round. Exposure and experience tour. Just hope he fights hard and doesn't get awed by reputation. He has beaten Vittingus at India SS. Srikanth faces Ihsan next.;)

The AJC silver medallist Pornpawee upset her better known opponent Yui Hashimoto who recently caused a stir scalping the likes of Marin, Intanon and Wang YH.

Sindhu takes game 1: 21-19, from 19-16 she allowed Lindaweni 3 straight points. Needs to tighten up in game 2.

Sindhu leads 11-10 at the break. Again from 9-5 she allowed 4 straight points. Who is going to hold their nerves?

Lots of welcome surprises on the score boards already!! Surely going to be a good tourney..
RMV gurusaidutt has now became WZM of India.. He is so unpredictable lost to a relatively unknown oppo today...
Good start for young gun Antony Ginting upseted THW in the very 1R...

Isn't there is still a possibility? Depending on how fast the matches before hers will finish?

can somebody tell what cause all the matches delay? It's already 21:15 local time, but matches schedule at 18:10 just started. Some players might need to play their games at midnight!

Isn't it obvious?? Many matches took more than allocated time set by the organizer, which is only 35 min/match.
