You're absolutely correct!! Read over 'War Is A Racket' by Major General Smedley Butler.

just read back whatever I left out when I watched on tv & went out.

Good thought! It's disappointing that XD can hardly be seen during the knocked-out stages.

I remeber I told CLELY that Jpn is the strongest contender of Silver and they will even defeat INA and KOR
And yes my crystal ball is still working...
Its exactly what I predicted
CHN gold
JPN silver
KOR and INA bronze
Every thing is crystal clearly perfect.. Even GER def THA
Just a single wrong prediction (Den vs Eng) of course I blindly liked Fontaine Mica Chapman but she was a big disaster in this tourney
Anyhow it was a good tourney so far of course the final is yet to comes.. But I doubt it'll be an anti climax for this fabulous tourney..
Kudos Dongugan perfect job

Well I still doubt
It might be CM in WS
And there's no way CHN loosing to AT/MM and LN/TA in a team event..
Unless it's TC'14 ;)
Well I doubt for LCW too...
Hence, CHN winning 4-1 or on a positive note 3-2 vs All Stars (ROW team)

Then this same downfall does belong to the many falling teams [one can also name IND, MAS, DEN, TPE, INA] :p LOL

there's no doubt that JPN is up and coming. JPN did extremely well in Uber cup, Thomas cup and there is no reason for Japan not rising in Sudirman cup.

That's really a low blow:mad: If that call put Japan out of the Sudirman Cup, it would be understandable. Given how things turned out, why dwell on something negative? BWF has done plenty of horrible things itself. This is yet another example.

They indeed perform very well in those team events. But somehow fail to perform well in WC and OLY. Hard to explain. But the absence of medal winners would prevent me putting Japan above the other Big Nations

During the quarters against Den, the crowd went crazy against Japan, to the great amusement of the Den team.
How will it be against home team China...I think it might actually help the Japan players, get them more focus

Yup, it was an upset.
But they are still the weakest on paper.
If there were a seeding, they would be seeded 4th.

The DEN players shouted Denmark and the crowd followed with Jia You. So interesting.

+1. I wonder if we people in the US can watch the finals tonight? Looks like the video streams are blocked again. What's wrong with BWF ? Anyone with suggestions to help us poor souls in the US.:crying:.

Any links to the semis between Japan & Korea? I can not find any.

The shuttle hit the tape of the net as it went over. Very subtle, but it just clipped it. Ueda's racket was nowhere near the net. Unfortunate, but Son Wan Ho would have won eventually anyway.
