Lee Chong Wei just won the first set 21-12. Wow amazing. I predicted Lee Chong Wei will win this match since he vs Lee Dong Keun. Wow amazing. The win from the Malaysia MD is really unexpected. Then now the score is Korea 1, Malaysia 1. Lee Chong Wei is sure to win the game making it Korea 1, Malaysia 2.

Well, LCW suddenly improves and get quite a bit of his touch and feel for the game back in the second half of G1.

The eight-month break not due to injury is a blessing in disguise for him, just somewhat rusty for a start .I expect him to regain his form match by match or at least tournament by tournament.

Yes Lee Chong Wei won the match 21-12, 21-10. Wow Malaysia now leading 2, Korea only 1. Well it is certainly very difficult for Korea to win in the WD and XD now. When Korea lost in the MD, that marks the end of everything.

In the end, a convincing win by LCW, nevertheless.

Throughout the match, GC has been so kind as not to dwell on LCW's past, preferring to talk more about his comeback and the future.

The pressure is on KOR to level the score with the WD, it's all or nothing.

I find that the Chinese team in Table Tennis is much more open and frank compared to their Badminton counterparts, who sorta remain cooped up. The whole table tennis world revolves around the CHN TT team, and they are getting pretty open, with lots of exchanges, common training programs etc.

We also have a lot of their personal life in English public domain. Not only this, they are a lot more respected. In Badminton, there is a lingering image of foul-play. Also, sometimes contempt for China.

In Table tennis, others have just got used to that dominance. Also, China itself agrees with the world in promoting Badminton, and has opened up its provincial tt clubs, to outsiders. Players are a lot more friendly, and the biggest thing is that, there is a very decent repo between Chinese and non-Chinese players. While foul play may have been a concern once, today no body talks about it, because Chinese would like to lose if there was someone.

    Do you concur?
