My gut feeling is if BWF can decide by now it'll be good news... and if they struggle and need more time to come to verdict, then that'll mean bad news.

but a wild card is not subject to the usual lists. It could be anybody who is registered.

Umm, who asked for a delay to the hearing in the first place?

I doubt the panel will hand down a decision from 9am to 5pm (Malaysian time) on Monday.

If they hand down a decision after 5pm (Malaysia time), I wonder what will happen...

The cut off time for Surdiman is 12.00 midnight 27/04/2015. But i don't know which country's time zone. Probably MAS since BWF is based in KL.

Sudirman Cup should give ranking points. Hence, the urgency. Personally, I think BAM are grasping at straws in a bit of hope.

hm.. maybe the Panel has finished writing out the ruling already.

And BWF will publish it on Monday during office hour, ie from 9am to 5pm (Malaysian time). Just speculating. Anything is possible..

Members of the Panel can write the ruling at home. The three members of the Panel can collaborate or co-author the ruling using email or Office 365 or Office Web App.

But publication of the ruling needs to be done by BWF.

Commencement date should be the day of detection of the offence. So it is during the World Championship. Any ranking points from WC and on should be erased as well.

in Zhou Mi's case, the commencement date was the date of the provisional suspension.
