Oh man Lee/Yoo along the upseted pairs today... Pretty crazy even though Danes are on fire. But well I was never convinced the tall Kolding can get consistence in his game and that he is "too" tall to be a complete player but well once more it seems that the worlds best are pretty close in this elite field...
Of course sport lives from upsets, but I also want to see the best vs the best in seedings...

What are our streaming options for AE this year? Other than the one Russian site mentioned previously in this thread (which doesn't work for me), I'm at a loss. No info at Badmintonworld.tv. Not even a mention of TV coverage at the AE official site.

I'm hoping that new streaming options will become available as the tournament progresses. Anyone have intel on that?

    Thanks!

A day of upsets. The Koreans are doing badly in this AE.

SSP will be livestreamed on BWF youtube channel starting from R/16. The BWF youtube channel is slow to update so it is pretty normal for it to have no information whatsoever a day before the broadcast. They will update it few hours before the start of the livestream though so no worry.

All these wonderful WS clashes and they put Marin's match on TV court. Yea, nice.

Quite an Ok performance by the Chinese team in this competition, they need to step up their game in the next round.

Regarding LYD/ YYS vs Kolding/ Petersen

The Koreans smash just wasn't getting through tonight but Koldings smash was setting up many winners. Really impressive performance

Ratchanok was immense vs Akane earlier. She would beat most players on that performance today.

Mr. Cheung. I wanted too, but since now I'm at the moment at GMT +9, it was actually impossible to stay awake, haha. Maybe later when the tournament ripe to it's peak moment. :D I m still a silent reader though. ;)

So, she got it...!! I have also seen Liu xin got yellow card .. But the umpire seems to me as very strict ..

This sudden burst of strictness makes me to think that there are some changes going on ... It is good for badminton..

Might be an after effect of the badmintoncentral team which sent signatures of all the fans who wanted to report BOE's behaviour..!!!

awesome if that is indeed true. but whether it is true or not, bad behavior should be punished and that's what's most important.

Perhaps, but iirc in the past in the year leading up to OG 2012, there was suddenly a significant increase in service faults given as the service judges started to get stricter with service height and flick serves.

Looks like BWF may be wanting to get stricter with player etiquette or just overall leading up to OG 2016.
