If Tommy losses this one , then he's out of the competition and his opponent tomorrow might have an easier time against him.

Sk's first diving save succeeded but not the second, 5-all.

But SK quickly scored 2 points with his smashes 8-5 for SK.

Looks like Tommy is not going to survive this one.

Both knew they need to create an opening for a good smash in order to win. But SK did this better and again led 11-6 at interval.

SK smashed and followed quickly at the net for another smash which worked wonders 15-7.

A challenge from SK on TS's baseline shot which was called IN.

Confirmed IN and TS went ahead 13-16.

But SK is too fast and precise with his smashes 20-13 for him.

And another smash wrapped up the match for him 21-18, 21-13 in 38 min.

Congrats to srikanth... comfortable victory .... In straight games ...21-18,21-13.
Tomorrow, going to meet JOJ. Hope he does well. Infact he has beaten JOJ once I think when he was very young.. I think he was 19 when he has beaten jan.

Great performance by Srikanth!! Title contender here i would say.

NOW where can we watch the next matches as bw.tv has stopped :/ ?!
I´m really pissed that there is no better coverage around the world...
I mean yes I can watch it via bet365, but the screen is so small it just sucks. But it also means that there is coverage... Why don´t show it on bw.tv or elswhere...

Didnt expect SK to tame TS so easily. Awesome use of half smashes. More like CL style of play.

Tournament software says they are tied 1-1 H2H (both meetings last year). It seems they haven't played each other this year at all? This is a very intriguing matchup. JOJ's fitness will be a critical factor imo, but I wouldn't be surprised one bit if it goes 3 games again like their last 2 meetings.
