I'd say that's a gross underestimation against a 70% fit Lin Dan, perhaps 40-45% if not 50%, considering CWF and S Sasaki have beaten Son WH and Tanongsak respectively.

If LD is not injured, 0% is the proper odd.

I'm surprised Lin Dan isn't using anything Yonex in this tournament. Perhaps his new sponsorship agreement includes some exclusion clause, such as when a tournament is held in CHN and sponsored by others which includes Li-Ning. Just guessing.

No, I miss the Lin Dan of the Asian Games. Lin Dan enters his 6th gear when it really matters. The Asian Games were one of his best matches I have seen. (Against CL and LCW)

I think Lin Dan neither recovered nor did he have much motivation to win this title. He only has motivation in big events. Then he shows what he is really capable of. I still remember the Asian Games, both SF and F. They were superb. He was literally a God gracing the court. And what with GC and Morten saying about his vulnerability and players playing against his reputation? They should be happy that he doesn't like to enter his 6th gear (or as I call the Avatar state, if someone has watched Avatar- the Airbender, I am a huge fan). These commentators have clearly not seen the Asian Games, or else they wouldn't be talking this ****. With every word GC or Morten that is meant to put his performance on his "reputation" or whatever, I fume to no end. They are talking or atleast questioning indirectly his contribution!!! It is ironical to me, since I started watching Badminton because of Lin Dan, and not the other way round.

In G2, Chen Lon has a hefty lead at one point, as much as 17-11 before allowing MZ to catch up, now they are fighting deuces. I suspect CL wanted to conserve energy and it backfired.
