Why is JFN/CP separated.... Is she injured??
I pray Vladimir/ashwini do well this time...a tough draw is waiting for them..
Not happy with the draw again..pv likely to face WYH and SN vs WSX in qf. Assuming PV slice off Bella this time...
    Kenichi tago is playing??

    You're welcome :)

Yup, last year runner-up Kenichi Tago is scheduled to play tomorrow, his attendance will inject competitiveness in MS discipline as the absence of world top-2 plus LD and Son WH.

The qualification is already started, once again Japan teen star Akane Yamaguchi crawls from qualifying and she's expected to prevail and will meet TPE youngster Tai TY at R/32. The Commonwealth Games Gold Medalist Goh VS/Tan WK also starts their campaign from this stage and if they pass qualification, newly crowned DEN SSP winner Fu/Zhang will be their opponent tomorrow.

So few qualifiers in WD, as a result there are two R1 byes with one benefiting PFQ French Lea/Anne.

Thanks to VI's quick services he took 9 consecutives and they sail to QR2 21-9 & 21-7 was a superb victory..but their opponents were very easy and its going to be tough as they face(most probably) keigo/matsuo of JPN in R1.

A rare golden opportunity, MS Trophy for the ROW

With the absence of the World's Giant Trio, the 2014 French Open will present the golden chance for the ROW MS to grab the trophy in a Tournament of SuperSeries category.

So far in 2014 for SS category and higher the MS trophies go to:

    • - Maybank Malaysia Open SSP - Lee Chong Wei
    • - Victor Korea Open SS - Chen Long
    • - Yonex All England Open SSP - Lee Chong Wei
    • - Yonex- Sunrise India Open SS - Chen Long
    • - OUE Singapore Open SS - Simon Santoso
    • - Yonex Japan Open SS - Lee Chong Wei
    • - The Star Australian Open SS - Lin Dan
    • - BCA Indonesian Open 2014 SSP - Jan O Jorgensen
    • - Li Ning BWF World Championships 2014 - Chen Long
    • - Yonex Denmark Open SSP - Chen Long
    • - Yonex French Open SS - ??? (the ROW beyond the giant trio)

Unlikely... Muskens/Piek are improving; the IND pair are going south. :(

I expect LXR to take it in 2 straight games. She's hitting her stride now. ;)
