    Brice Leverdez against Chan Yan Kit would be the semi I would like. I would root for both!

    Both Ihsan Maulana Mustofa and Jonatan Christie beat seeded opponents today. Ihsan beat Dmytro Zavadsky [8] in 4-sets, while Jonatan survived 2 match-pts to beat home favorite Eric Pang [4] in 5-sets.

    I think Ihsan can progress to QF and if Jonatan can beat Chan Yan Kit, both will clash for a place in the last 4. QF result is a decent enough result for either of them.

    By right, with no KOR or CHN representatives, INA should grab titles in XD, WD, and MD. There's also a fighting chance in MS (with Dionysius Hayom Rumbaka in the fray) and WS (Maria Febe Kusumastuti).

    A big boost for INA youngsters to do best at next round. Eric Pang displayed stunning performance in last August WC, disposed Tian HW and Tanongsak before succumbed narrowly to Tommy Sugiarto at quarterfinal.

    Day-3 matches (09.00am, 4 courts) => https://www.tournamentsoftware.com/sport/matches.aspx?id=3137A8FA-3216-474E-8AF7-08845FC0945A

    Both MD and WD will play two rounds (R/32 and R/16) today. INA has 4 MS representatives and third seed Rumbaka is expected to through into QF followed by Mustofa. Christie and Tedjono will face tricky test, HKG Chan YK and second seed FRA Brice Leverdez respectively.

    Ihsan Maulana Mustofa cruises to the QF after an easy victory today. Ditto for Andre Kurniawan Tedjono [9] after beating the second-seed Brice Leverdez. There's a good chance for the bottom-half to feature an all-INA SF.

    Meanwhile, Kevin Sanjaya Sukamuljo/Selvanus Geh lost suprisingly to the PHI pair.

    Jonatan Christie secures himself a QF match against his team-mate Ihsan Maulana Mustofa for a place in the last 4. Let's see who will win tomorrow's match.

    The current H2H is 2-0 in favor of Jonatan. I am looking forward for one of these 2 players to hopefully reach the Final!

    Did anybody see what happened during the match between Nick Fransman and Blagovest Kisyov? The Bulgarian withdrew at matchpoint down: 11-5 10-11 11-10 10-9 Retired
    Very suspicious to withdraw at matchpoint down, especially because the betting odds went from Fransman being a 85%-favorite to Kisyov being a 75%-favorite.

    ...well, for WS you should factor in Beiwen Zhang too, don't forget.

    Nice to see 2 England WS representatives in the quarters - Fontaine has a good chance of progressing to semi's, but Panuga will have a tougher test against Pai (Taiwan).

    Interesting HK former Japan SS WD winner, leftie Tse Ying Suet now paired up with Chan Tsz Ka...can she re-create her 2012 winning form?
