Looks like there was a challenge on Court 1 at 18-all in G2, won by BYX/TJH
....and they win over Matsuo/Nato in straight games, 21-10, 21-18

Next up for Carolina Marin will be (most probably) LXR.
LXR is more vulnerable against southpaws than others.
If she isn't on top of things, she'll be in for a very rude shock at the hands of the young Spaniard! :D

Good chance for LXR to end her losing streak in finals here with the Wangs out of the equation.

I did not see this match, but I half suspect both TBH & GVS are lifting a lot of balls and creating little chances for their partner to smash. I think even with some high balls, both may be smashing very little. This is how I see them when they play in Thomas Cup, when they were paired with HTH & TWK respectively. In Thomas Cup, HTH & TWK are the ones running and jumping and smashing and converting defence to attack a lot more than TBH & GVS.
I think MAS needs to go back to the drawing board with this TBH/GVS pairing.

Nah they were jealous that compatriots DL, LKW and OYH got to go spend extra time relaxing in Disneyland that they decided to gift the match away to join them.
