With this performance, we might soon have a new Thomas Cup champion in Japan.

Indonesia or Malaysia will be hard pressed battle the samurais ...... although I suppose Indonesia has a better chance because Japanese MDs tend to have problems with Indonesian style.

Japan totally deserve it. all players are way sharper than players from China. Very solid play by Tago and Endo/Hayakawa, and a sensational performance by Momota.

very uncharacteristics of Chinese players, none of them showed any fire or desire to win. perhaps some head will roll, or the team will get a whipping so they will wake up.

wow! incredible! absolutely incredible! biggest upset ever! never expected japan to play so well especially since they struggled tooth and nails with the danes. hayakawa/endo absoultely rose to the occassion! the chinese were in bundles of nerves from the beginning. momota, the future world number one.

malaysia vs indonesia next! expecting it to go down the wire!
