I can't confirm this will work as I haven't tried it, but here's advice someone gave me. To stream the All England, use Firefox and install an extension called Foxy Proxy, I'm currently using a proxy from Serbia and it's streaming the live coverage beautifully
I like to use Google chrome and install "Proxmate" to hide my IP address... And watch on YouTube... 720HD... Nice!!
I usually use Firefox and have an extension called ProxTube (Check their website https://proxtube.com/). I can confirm it works. Every time I'm watching the streaming, ProxTube will automatically search available proxy and set it up for me.
Use proxtube with mozilla firefox.. You will find it perfect. I have been using this for months.. Its working really good.. I usually change pixel quality in order to avoid buffering (Thanks to our internet connection..).
Ummm, the banner at BadmintonWorld.tv-youtube is saying 'LIVE coverage starting RD 16 - Thursday" but I can't find any links to the upcoming games. Wonder why... is it because it's too early?
are they only showing one court, or do they change? i am afraid they will not broadcast the match of the day, momota vs. lee chong wei, it is...
Is it strange if the old matches still aren't on Youtube for me? Is that what usually happens when a country is blocked?
You are probably right about a delay in a blacked-out country. It has happened here in Canada before, where the completed games weren't available for a week or more. Don't blame BWF: It's all about them infernal lawyers.
IIRC it takes rather long for the video to show up... i can't surely say that 1 or 2 weeks after the tournament is over the vids will appear :-( dunno why it happens as such
Wow, this works! Huge thanks dude. Although the stream does keep cutting out for me intermittently. So it doesn't work flawlessly.
just realized it, sorry for the mess-up post, a clear risk from opening multiple browsing tabs while eyes were glued to the live screen
