that's exactly what the commenters said during the match. after LD changed his shirt. GL: "So it will not be a yellow card?". Stern: "No. I will be a fine". ...
Yet, many people don't mind to jump into big conclusion just based on such possibly, maybe, and anything like that. Still, they insisted that it is the truth!
Had arrived at this point, are we still need clariffication from BWF? Because as some member had posted, they seem won't believe in what BWF will say afterall. So, even if there is already an official report, people would still more likely believe in what they already and want to believe. Maybe it is just time to move on.
Are they saying it was NOT turned off? http://news.xinhuanet.com/sports/2013-08/15/c_125178502.htm Let's have a poll!!! A: It was turned off at the beginning of the day. B: It was turned off after G1 and before G2. C: It was never turned off. D: We will never know!
Nope, LCW lost the battle before it even began: http://www.thestar.com.my/story.aspx...rts/13093144 It's sad that the Malaysian coaches have not changed LCW's psychological outlook in sports. The quote above from LCW admits defeat before the match with LD even started.
we should have a poll on the change of shirt by LD: A: I like the original white better. B: I like the red better. C: He should play topless. D: He should play naked.
A third poll - what do you find is the most ridiculous thing in this year WC: A: BWF granted wild card to LD who had been absent for 8 months and repeated history of walkovers. B. Scheduling LD's semi final in the afternoon whilst schedulling LCW's semi final to 11pm the night before C. Turning off the A/C after LCW won G1 and had to switch side. D. In G3, LCW retired in exhuastion and in pain and he responded "It's ok, I can't blame anyone, will try harder next time." E: LOC and CBA response: "It was turned off, and BWF said we should do it." F: BWF said "We have absolutely nothing to do with it." G: LOC and CBA response: "It was NOT turned off, it's all a huge misunderstanding..."
A real poll- what do you find is the most ridiculous thing in this year WC: A: People that can't get over the MS finals B: All of the above
I don't think you want to post the D option, just in case LD read BC and you just give him the final push to do so. LD is excited and can't wait to show his 6-pack anytime, anywhere, I reckon he must be yearning to yank of his pant and all anytime now
frankly, aside from the A/C issue, one of the more ridiculous thing i saw in the MS final is when LCW gave a walkover at 17-20. why not just finish the last point, win or lose? the image of how Sun Jun limped for half a game and even won a few points after having a cramp in the middle of the 3rd game in the 1997 Glasgow World Championship final, as well as Sayaka Sato keep playing in tears after she tore her ACL in the 2012 London Olympics came to my mind. all LCW had was just a cramp. even if he cannot move, just finish the last point.
Hhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahhha pcll99 you made my day LOL but there should be one more : H: The cheater took all the options...
that is true, and also another way of seeing it. all he could have done was to just stand there, and let LD serve so the game can be finished. but then again, he could be in so much pain that he couldn't even stand? i've never gotten a cramp in a game nor tear an ACL so i can't comment on which is worst, but in theory i think tearing an ACL would be a lot worst?
the ACL is the ligament that connects the Femur (upper leg) and Tibia (lower leg). depends on the extent of the tear, one can imagine there will be structural issues just standing up. where as a cramp is mostly temporary pain, nothing is torn or broken. all of us had cramps before.
BWF submitted press release to AFP at around 9am GMT http://www.badmintoncentral.com/forums/showthread.php/131000-The-Talking-Point-Air-Conditioning!?p=2129775#post2129775
Three actually, and he won 2 out of 3. He managed to stand up and shake hand with LD afterwards, so he should be able to complete the game.
Funniest thing is this Xo girl? (gender unspecified due to their hilariously sorely outrageous postings) claiming not to be Malaysian lol.
