No matter what the result is, I would just like to see Taufik trying his best (the entertainment will automatically follow) against LD if he faces him. Hopefully BWF broadcasts the first round.
I know but I'm hoping they can make an exception due to the circumstances (probably still won't happen). I'm sure someone else will upload on YT though. I've noticed some other YT channels upload earlier rounds although the quality isn't usually great.
I heard there will be livestreaming facilities at www.djarumbadminton.com virtually for all the matches not broadcasted on Trans 7. Note: the livestreaming broadcast is only for Indonesian viewers because the international rights are in the hands of BWF. Furthermore, this service is not available on Blackberries because their sattelites are Canadian blabla. Android an i-phone devices in Indonesia are ok. Even Qualification matches are broadcasted.

Pride Of The Nation Feature Indonesian Batik 06/04/2013 Djarum Indonesia Open Super Series Premier (DIOSSP) never out of different theme each year. After the success of the tournament being named as the best organizers from BWF in 2012 with the theme of Badminton Heroes , now DIOSSP kicked off again in 2013 with a theme that is not less exciting, Pride Of The Nation. This theme was chosen because it symbolizes the pride of a nation. Later, Senayan Jakarta where DIOSSP 2013 will be held, will transformed into variety of batik ornaments. "The decorations from surrounding of the stadium until inside of the stadium will be pakced with Batik. Mascot DIO this year was using batik," said Representative of PT Djarum Roland Halim. As we know, batik is one of the cultural pride of the country which is also a characteristic of the Indonesian nation. The use of batik ornament in Pride of The Nation theme this time is also expected to help promote Indonesia to the world. This batik ornament will be combined with a variety of supporting elements to spoil the badminton lovers who come directly to Senayan. "Indonesia should also do branding. Hopefully with the success of badminton, Indonesia will also successl," hope PB PBSI chairman Gita Wirjawan source : http://www.djarumbadminton.com/djar...ride-of-the-nation-tonjolkan-batik-indonesia/

VIP tickets - straight thru view similar to TV cams. Commentator and TV cams are at B3 area based on the seating diagram. Get in early for the best seats. Class 1 tickets - side view only, not great .... not even Russian binoculars could help if the damsel you wish to enjoy plays on the other side of the court. Class 2 tickets, view from diagonal angles, but better than Class 1 I suppose. Some Class 2 side views may be obstructed, especially on finals day. Russian binoculars are always welcome - but for the sake of those with limited threshold to noise, ear plugs are more welcome.
abedeng, those lovely girls are actually posing for you! :crying: What secret spell do you cast on all of them?? Whatever it is, please don't stop using the spell...
Why?? Do you think those girls have been imported from some where else? I know few people from Indonesia and my experience has been pretty good.
