Surprised to see convincing scoreline by Tommy over CTC. And I like the way he talks. He must see the talent in her; it's a matter of harnessing it. It must surely boost her confidence to have this legendary coach pump her up
I watched the video from france, and see her... and I read from somewhere that she was once playing under the china flag... Can anyone please tell me her background and her achivement while she was playing?
Well, Tommy has always been a bit of a bruiser in his play style as well as approach to a match; but if the opponent made him look foolish he'd quickly lose interest. I haven't seen any of his recent games (past 1-2 months) but if he has changed his approach... good for him!
You can see her in action in the video posted by Winex West Can in this thread: http://www.badmintoncentral.com/for...e-Indonesia-badminton-scene-(French-subtitles)
That's video from france I'm talking about... My question is, how was her past experience, and what was her achievement when she was playing badminton before?
If Tine can continue to reproduce the form she displayed yesterday against Han Li all the way to the final, she will be the one mounting the winner's podium.
Watching the Endo/Hayakawa-Blair/Tan match, I grow even more annoyed at Clark....once more spouting off nonsense. You don't need to move your feet MORE when playing soft touch badminton. It just feels that way because you have to move nearly as quick as when you play faster, but suck the pace out of the game. The faster you want to play, the faster you have to move - simple as that. He appears to have some delusion that Europeans play a more skillful and demanding game.....he already advertised that opinion last year, but not as frequently as he does now. On the other hand, he does observe the tactics and explains them well...so at least he's not only annoying and thus miles ahead of Gail Emms
