Takuma is participating at the Australian Open this week... Comfortable win today 21-2 21-0! Looking at his draw, there is a realistic possibility of him getting to the QF...
21-0? Really!!? Not even a muffed serve; or a doinked shot off the frame; or a slip on some sweat; or a bad judgement of the back line; or missing a shot because he was so bored with the game that he was texting his GF? Regardless of how lowly the opponent was, this is impressive self-control and concentration. Good luck the rest of the way!
Impressive indeed: http://www.tournamentsoftware.com/s...CAB636-49EC-470A-8B08-E9E0A743CCE0&player=549 But yeah he has a good chance this week, another easy game tomorrow, and then the competition begins...
Exactly a year since the last person posted in this thread (incidently, was also me) its announced that Takuma Ueda will join Viktor Axelsen, Wong Wing Ki and Nozomi Okuhara as an Adidas sponsored player.
Hey LDRules..!!! kudos.. How come you remember and come back to the same place to give your feedback.. Excellent..
I do not want to compare both because they are the future of Japan. Both can be the best, not only in their country but in the world ranking. It's kind of boring most of the time watching the same Chinese players dominate the MS, LCW will retire soon, it is time to change. Best of luck for both.
