    the Thomas / Uber Cup Preliminary round for the Pan Am region will be held in Los Angeles Badminton Club in Los Angeles California.

    Nice to see Michelle Lee and Kevin Cordon flanking hometown heroes, Bach & Gunawan, on the marquee. American hosts are generous! :) (Hopefully unrepresented South America won't be upset)

    Yes, I admit to being a bad white boy who messes up even his children's Chinese middle-names. :rolleyes::eek: Hearty apologies to Ms. Li.

    It's slightly sad that Ms. Li might attract more attention from certain fans for her nice smile rather than her badminton skills. Hope she (and Team Canada) does well at PanAms.:)

    USA and Canada are far too strong for everyone else, only Guatemala are able to provide some sort of competition in the Men's event...

    Guatemala had to win all MS matches in order to win the tie, I presume the match lost was MS2, still Guatemala still qualify for the finals, so it's all good:)
