OK, to the more interesting match. JS advances to the net and backhand smashes a weak SJH return. JS 14-13
Simon Santoso WILL NEVER BE a top 5 player. He looks disinterested and lacks the aura of even Peter Gade (who beat him easily yet again!). He will not pose a threat to the current top 5 as well in terms of chance for an Olympics medal. At his best, Sony Dwi Kuncoro is much much better than Simon. At least, he's not intimidated by LCW as he had beaten LCW many times! It's sad to see the INA's singles players becoming so fragile these days and at this rate, we may not even beat Japan in the Thomas Cup next year, let alone Korea or Malaysia. INA will have to turn to the youngsters like Wisnu Yuli Prasetyo or Shesar Hiren Rhustavito and hope that they mature faster!
