Local hope Chan Peng Soon/Goh Liu Ying deny all INA final, def. Fran/Pia convincingly, 21-14 ; 21-10.

The INA pair were littered with unforced errors and Fran was obviously extremely frustrated with himself. Fran couldn't control his emotions as he became increasingly agitated as they couldn't get their game going. I was very surprised in the change from last week and today, Fran/Pia were so solid and 'flowing' yesterday but today they simply were just outplayed and too many errors.

As for LCW, I thought that he would be fatigued and Sasaki might be a real threat. I was totally surprised... LCW was very solid today and fooled Sasaki so many times :p I can't help feeling sorry for Sasaki... he doesn't seem to work well against deceptive players...

Drats this TV 1, break for solat mahgrib. At least they showed the replay.

Yeah undeadshot, Fran's smashes so many wide, obvious out, too strong. 2nd set alone at least 4 times, CPS just stood there watching the shuttle go out at the back. Then Fran got frustrated. Pia really looked tired.
CPS/GLY started hesitant, but once they got into the grove, they ran with it. Not their best game, but CPS/GLY more confident now.

Aw, too bad Fran/Pia lost. Congrats to Chan/Goh, finally 'pecah telor'.

Playing well last week doesn't mean you'll play well too today. Perhaps Fran/Pia reached their peak performance in India...

CPS/GYL are just too good for Fran/Pia now. Expect good rivalry between them in the future

Pia is 22 years old... just checked wiki http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pia_Zebadiah

Yesterday they displayed Sudket as 23 years old though, that was pretty darn funny :p
