    I'm always for LCW.

Malaysia before China always for me. I can't explain why, it's just the way I feel.

I've watched LD vs MZ....LD plays very coool nowadays, he has the control, never attack, he gets a passive play and wait for the opportunity, untill the opponent loose his stamina.. that could be kinda boring to watch..

not necessarily true. LD may be less aggressive after his test run against LCW in the J Open.

But in recent games he varies his tactics. Its like old time heavyweight boxing, cut down costly errors, wait for

the best moment/moments.Put yourself in LD's shoes or LCW and follow the tactics being used and it will really be heart-stopping.

How Lcw plays may be more predictable as his strengths are defence, coverage and counter-attacking, and less mistakes.

A match-up between the two dominant players of the era can not be called boring.
However.... Lin Dan certainly has Lee Chong Wei's number. So while the outcome isn't certain, the odds are on LD.

The only "boring" part in LD's game is that he takes so much time between points.
Otherwise, It will be another exciting chess match tomorrow.

    boring?

i really cannot see what can be exciting if LD vs. LCW is boring.

two modern rivals. with a very close h2h record. both display a level of skills and a repertoire of skills 2 class above anyone else in the world.

how can that be boring? are we too spoiled? ;)

I think matches will always be close, and LD will continue to win most future encounters ,probably 60-70 % and there is no sure win situation.

I'm sure LD will be at his best too in the Ae and subsequent Premier SS like the Danish and China Opens, less the Ina Open

which like the Msia Open is not worth fighting for because of the generally anti-China sentiments and hostile spectators who only want to see blood

and dont really appreciate good baddy.

LCW's chances look good tonight, its down to playing the correct game.

The bigger the game, the better LD plays and 5 AE titles, that would be 2nd to Rudy and the most in the modern era...but this time, I have a hunch LCW will win his 2nd AE, my bet on LCW to win tomorrow.

the way these two are beating their opponents that's boring.

By the way, kwun, the h2h count isn't that close 18:6(according to today Star paper).

Agree that it's going to be boring......at least for the 1st set when they are gonna test each others tactics out and u gonna see a lot of lobs and drops. But the 2nd set gonna be different story as the loser of the fist set will gonna start attacking asap. Just like in football final, doesnt matter if you lose 1 -0 or 3-0, so if u are down 1-0 at half time u gota comre out with yr guns blazing...that's when it is all so exciting!!!!
