BoMo over KKK/TBH (in a classic)
    YY/WXL over Fujii/Kakiiwa (a proper steamrolling)
Sudket/Saralee over XC/MJ (Thais peaking at the right time)

Don't know if the CHN team/coaches have analysed their opponents' ability/skill (2 from JPN, and 1 from THA); Although much analysis have been done on LCW (from MAS).

Of course they will have. They are coaches aren't they? Every opponent is dangerous, even more so the less familiar ones.

    (1) WS: Wang Shixian [1]-vs-Eriko Hirose
    (2) MD: Mathias Boe/Carsten Mogensen [1]-vs-Koo Kien Keat/Tan Boon Heong [5]
    (3) WD: Wang Xiaoli/Yu Yang [3]-vs-Mizuki Fujii/Reika Kakiiwa
    (4) XD: Sudket Prapakamol/Saralee Thoungthongkam [3]-vs-Xu Chen/Ma Jin
    (5) MS: Lee Chong Wei [1]-vs-Lin Dan [3]

Hope that all players/coaches have been informed. ;););)

For all North Americans who are planning to wake up (especially earlier on the west coast) to watch, our clocks go forward at 2:00am.

For the East Coast, the noon (GMT) start = 8:00am
For the West Coast, the noon (GMT) start = 5:00am

End of public service broadcast :):D

LCW over LD - is about time!
WSX over Eriko - WSX is at the top of her game!
KKK/TBH over BoMo - for some reasons KKK/TBH are confident when they play BoMo!
Fujii Kaiiwa over YY/WXL - Just love to see the Japanese succeed!
    XC/MJ over Sudket/Saralee - Go MJ!

Ah Koo/Ah Tan were the surprise of the 2011 AE reaching their 2nd final where they will meet CM/MB the top seed who almost lost in their 1st game against CB/GZD.:D:D:D
CB/GZD were unfortunate to incur a few service faults and the comment from Iain Wright was that the service judge was correct in his calls.
CB was rather unsporting when he refused to shake the hand of the service judge at the end of the match and instead pointed his thumb down.:rolleyes::rolleyes:
It is hoped that Ah Koo/Ah Tan win their 2nd AE title now that they appear to have made amends.

Re. CB–someone mentioned he gave a thumbs up, not down. Should be clarified

Re. Koo/Tan–I'm sure the Danish fans are not hoping for that result

:D He might as well have. That particular linejudge is also a bc member by the way ;) Not an active one recently though but you can probably find some of his posts in the rules section ...
Must be fairly high up the ranks as he manages to weasle himself into most matches that feature cuties .
