This is an article written by Miyuki regarding the All Japan Badminton Championship: Source: http://www.badzine.net/news/all-japan-championships-youngsters-make-a-stand/10698/
Ha ha, first time I'm seeing Miyuki's writing. She travelled all the way from Osaka? I didn't know there was a stadium in Yoyogi. That is not so far from the Tokyo Metropolitan Gymnasium. I wonder why she doesn't participate in BC.
There are many Japanophiles around, but few of them are in BC. Maybe you can join the club too . It's rather lonely out here. Georgie is a little lukewarm. suetyan should be relocating to KBA as well, given the record number of of photos she stole, LOL.
Our BCer from Japan, Miyuki, has been quiet recently , Yes, our BCer from Japan, Miyuki, has been quiet recently. Then suddenly, we find her report here. .
Actually, I don't see it so much as Misaki losing, but rather Nozomi winning. For a 16-year old still in high school, and lack of international exposure, her performance has been remarkable. In April, she beat Taruno Megumi in the Osaka International. In August, she lost narrowly to Xia Jungyun. In Korea, she also lost narrowly to Sung Ji Hyun, and she's also the current Asian Youth champion. In my opinion, she's probably second to Inthanon for players under the age of 18. View attachment 85851 Mitani looks very cute here. Where is the drooling blindfury? It's not often that she gets to be in the limelight.
It's not her first time, if you visit Badzine, you can also read some of her previous articles. If i'm not mistaken, Miyuki lives in Osaka. She did participate in BC, but I only saw her posts in the sub forum of 'Places to play - Japan/Korea'
but she looks taller than that in the picture. Maybe she grows taller already. But, I know Goto Ai is around 150-153cm.
