IMO LYD failed to control the net,he didnt set good ball for JJS, i dont see any JJS powerful smash in the 3rd set
Just by reaching semis, are you assured of a medal? Don't the losing semi-finalist have to play for bronze medal?
Wow, great job by Koo/Tan and blew up my PAW. If they keep this kind of performance, we shall see them to challange Fu/Cai (probably) for gold medal. -Angkat topi
Hehehe, me too. Livescore also dare not see. So, they really fullfill the trend as I thought. In semi, erm.....dont lose momentum KK/TBH!
Yes Malaysia went through!!! I begin to respect KKK as when his partner needed help, he covered and control the match well. Pity for TBH as his smashes are his forte, he needs to thunder down the shuttle whenever there is an opportunity. This really drained him out. As for the Koreans, their weakness has again showed itself. They couldn't vary their tempo once the game slowed down. It was first exposed by Hoon Thien How/ Ong Soon Hock in this year's MO. Bravo Koo/Tan.... and now LCW.
This is the best match I've seen Koo/Tan played in a while. A great win over their nemesis at the World Championship. A great chance for them to enter the finals.
I am very happy for them too...the KOR are the toughest opponents IMO, not to count the chicks before they are hatched, but the path to final is hopeful....hope Rexy keeps the duo in focus. I am not thinking too far ahead, one match at a time....next up the CHN.
Congratulations to Koo Kien Keat/Tan Boon Heong! They deserve the victory over Jung Jae Sung/Lee Yong Dae! I think they can beat Guo Zhendong/Xu Chen if they maintain the right attitude! Actually, it will be a perfect scenario for them if Boe/Mogensen beat Fu/Cai and then also beat either Fang/Lee or Kido/Hendra. Koo/Tan have good records over Guo/Xu and Boe/Mogensen.
