Yogendran Krishnan caused an upset here...beating Anand Pawar. Congrats, hope you can continue this momentum later.
Goh Soon Huat was great in the first game, I would like to see what he could do later.
Liew Daren was unconvincing, and should lose to LCW...
Chong Wei Feng vs Lok Chong Chieh interesting, almost 50-50 but I tip CWF to win.
Arif... I understand that his opponent is quite strong. But he SHOULD have took a set from Hu Yun... haiya... our quality of backup shuttlers ar...

I am very disappointed in : Misbun Ramdan, Chan Kwong Beng.

Saniru lost against the more experienced Salakjit. No surprise here, but I was hoping she could take off a game. :)
Yang Li Lian might not pass the first round again! :(

The Japanes Saeki is a quality player much older than CKB. not a disappointing loss. Only perhaps disapointing that he didnt prove he is a world class player Yet?

Lost after fighting 3 games to Saeki is not a disappointment, CKB shd keep up with this kind of spirit and momentum to make a break thru in coming tournaments......

Alright, thanks for the info. I thought he was some other backup Japanese player who never really gets sent anywhere except low tournaments. But I still think CKB should have beat him...

I'm not sure but I think Saeki prolly has a good track record againts some of CKB seniors as well. The Japanese are tough warriors

jasonmarc, always criticize KKK/TBH after they lose.
He should encourage them to do better next time instead, how do we know if they are not serious on court? (Although most of us know KKK :p)

Yes, but KKK/TBH are world class players. They don't depend on fan support to improve themselves anymore.

    It's nothing wrong.

But you just said that we should give all players our support... lol.
Anyway, yeah, I think even support cannot change KKK/TBH if they don't change their mentality. I'm hoping more from the backup(Mak/Tan, CPS/LKW, GWS/TKS). Ow/Yew and Chooi/Pang doesn't seem to be that good though...

Nice win by Wong Mew Choo. 21-8; 21-13 wraps it up.
Florah is 8-8 with Zhou Mi. I heard her mental state on court is not very strong. (Forgot where I heard but something like in training she plays better)
    8-9

Alright, lets see whether how good a fight can Liew Daren give Lee Chong Wei
Florah 10-11 down at mid game interval.

Either Zhou Mi woke up or Florah completely broke down after the mid-game interval. 21-11 for ZM in the first game.

Goh Soon Huat vs Wong Wing Ki, interesting.
