RELAX la.. i'm just having some pre ae final fun.. i'm sure uncle otb doesn't mind.. p/s: Look at his post above 1st
one can't help asking when he gives his name like that - 'onetoughbirdie' i find otb a funny and nice guy so i didn't ask him but was waiting for someone to ask ....
Haha... infact i didnt because his post are all over the place. Was wondering whether he will be watching the MS final or not??
all over the place??? i didn't know that actually he is not a bad guy if you can get to know him eventhough i can see he does not have many friends in bc
really? and what would the content of this book be, we are very anxious, my friend, can you share with us?
i think i get your message clear and loud, thanks, buddy! so much off topic, back to the thread, who do you think will be the new ae 10 runner up?
I think we can conclude this thread with a definite answer that Lee Chong Wei has indeed delivered at the All-England Open. What makes it even sweeter is that it's the 100th edition of the AE, quite a memorable one for him to win as his first major trophy! The next major trophy to win will be the World Championships in Paris. He will definitely be seeded 1st and it now depends on whether the fully-focussed and fit Lin Dan will be his opponent there
Lee Chong Wei finally done it! I'm proud of him, and I like Tago for being sporting. MS Chong Wei LEE [1][MAS] - [JPN] Kenichi TAGO 21-19 21-190:47 Tago actually deserved the win, but Chong Wei's experience pulled him through.
LCW finally delivered on the biggie. Just not quite as convincing due to nervousness. In this sense, he would have probably played better if playing against big names instead of against Tago. Having said that, since he has delivered anyway, it would release some of the pressure on him which could allow him to focus better in other major finals.
I am sure that as a Malaysian, you are also happy that he at least has one Major Trophy in his career. Whether or not he can win the next one is another story....
Yup, Datuk nails is perfectly this time No problem. CONGRATULATIONS TO HIM mission accomplished for now, son
i believe pemuda is now smiling happily and waiting for the news if lcw want to withdraw from swiss open or not if yes he might going to klia
I'm sure LCW would have won in the end but at 20-18 in the second game I think, the line judge was rather unkind to Tago when he called LCW's last shot 'in' when the replay clearly showed it was "out" of the baseline. This deprived Tago a point and a chance to fight for deuce. However the sporting Tago did not argue and allowed LCW to celebrate his victory on court. I'm sure we'll see more of Tago in the future.
