Hi. Let me open this. :D

Some of my prediction for today matches. [I am not expert though.:D]

    MS [CHN3. MAS1. DEN1. INA1. JPN1. KOR1]
Bao Chunlai vs Lin Dan. [ahem...]
Kenichi Tago vs Chen Jin [I do hope Tago can make upset here]
Taufik Hidayat vs Peter Hoeg Gade [Gade seems stronger today with Simon and he will love to do revenge for last year defeat]
Lee Chong Wei vs Shon Wan Ho [hard to imagine Shon takes LCW down. :D]

    WS [CHN4. HKG1. IND1. DEN1. GER1]
Wang Yihan vs Zhou Mi [can auntie win this? lets pray. :D]
Jiang Yanjiao vs Wang Xin [battle of lefty, I like WX]
Saina Nehwal vs Juliane Schenk [this is end of Schenk journey... go Saina]
Lu Lan vs Tine Rasmussen [poor Lu Lan, Tine looks like she is ready to take back her title this year]

    MD [CHN2. MAS2. DEN2. INA1. KOR1]
Lars Paaske/Jonas Rasmussen vs GAN/TAN [not good for Boleh fans eh?:D]
Markis Kido/Hendra Setiawan vs CTF/LWW [this is my pray though.:D]
Cai Yun/Fu Haifeng vs Mathias Boe/Carsten Mogensen [defending champ should go through]
Chen Xu/Guo Zhendong vs Jung Jae Sung/Lee Yong Dae

    WD [CHN 4. INA1. JPN1. KOR1. TPE1]
Du Jing/Yu Yang vs Miyuki Maeda/Satoko Suetsuna [no comment]
Meiliana Jauhari/Greysia Polii vs Pan Pan/Tian Qing [oh please... don't let this happen God!:D]
Ha Jung Eun/Lee Kyung Won vs Cheng Su/Zhao Yunlei [no comment]
Chen/Chien VS Ma Jin/Wang Xiaoli [will Ma Jin still be mad?]

    XD [CHN3. INA2. ENG2. KOR1]
Zhang Nan/Zhao Yunlei VS Hendra AG/Vita Marissa [enough ZYL in WD. :D]
    He Hanbin/Yu Yang VS Tao Jiaming/Zhang Yawen [I like TJM/ZYW. :D]
Anthony Clark/Heather Olver VS Lee Yong Dae/Lee Hyo Jung [I hope LHJ play her best!]
Nathan Robertson/Jenny Wallwordk VS Nova/Liliyana [they are still there:eek:. Uh uh... I hope they can make double upset for ENG.:D]

    Good morning all!:D

Let's go for the quarters !

For WS, you should know that TR was injuried and isn't supposed to be in an Olympic form :(

Was she injured prior to or during the AE? Yet she has looked devastating. Good to know.

Hey, Tine got dumped by MKY in her Olympic form. :D
Even Lu Lan nearly escaped from Susan. :D, so...let's pray the great wall will be cracked today. :D [of course one will since JYJ will meet WX]. :D

She WAS injuried. I think she didn't have the time to recover perfectly from it but let's see what will happen on the court..

Tine is in good form. No sign of any injury. Moves very fast and smooth on the court when she played Hirose.

I predict Lee Yong Bo may ask Lin dan to lose against Bao chun lai as Bao never won All England before, lin dan be playing Lee Chong wei again at Thomas cup in Malaysia which is more critical!

I hope the uncles (CTF/LWW & PHG) win their respective matches today.
But I am rooting for Gan/Tan to beat Lars Paaske/Jonas Rasmussen.
All the BAM-sponsored MD teams lost badly. The independent Malaysian MD teams really surprised.
    What's wrong?

    :crying::D:crying::D:crying::D:rolleyes::rolleyes:

    You are right.
But the BAM-sponsored WD team of CEH/WPT also crashed out in the first round to an unknown INA team.
    Susah lah.

Only one, but that one lost in the first match. OK, I give you that they lost to a strong pair, but the score is pretty weak.

There are only two non-BAM MAS pairs in the tournament also. Both are in the QF. Arguably, they beat relatively weaker opponents, but these are respectable pairs with good recent results (especially the pairs beaten by Gan/Tan: Wiratama/Wong did quite well in German Open, Chai/Zhang is in my books the 3rd CHN pair). Though they will both probably be booted out in the QF, they still managed it to reach this stage nevertheless, and they may have fighting chances.
