I went to Istora for watched round 2...
I was so shocked when I got there..I arrived at 1.45..
The locket was close..Around there has many "calo"..
They sell VIP tickets for 120.000:mad::mad::mad::mad:Actually the original price is 20.000..
I think the calo is cooperating with security..
the security was there but they didn't do anything..
After I buy ticket from calo, I come into Istora.
I was surprised that many chair was empty..:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:
:eek:I think the government should do something to get rid of calo..

I often consider the boos as very important, to further develop players' minds against a "hostile" environment. It is one way whereby spectators are able to, ahem, "assist" in training the opposition players. :p

Malaysian and Indonesian players of long ago had extremely strong minds, having had "hostile conditioning" from the two great arenas in Jakarta and KL .... :D Hostile reception did not stop the Malaysian squad winning the '67 Thomas Cup in Jakarta, and Indonesia returned the favour in KL 3 years later.

For civilians, nobodies like me, my suggestion is: buy from the calos. Seriously. I queued and was fried like crazy today but only managed to get the Rp.10,000 ones. NOT WORTH IT. Seriously, not worth it. Especially if you're a girl. U get pushed, tortured, stepped on, wet from ur perspiration and others' perspiration, you'll even have some difficulties breathing. I kid you not. Today was the first and last time for me, queuing like that. So people, buy from the calos. And yeah I bet they're all in this whole sick system together: the committee, the calos, even the security guards. Because today some people saw the security guards (who were supposed to keep the queuing lines in order) selling some tickets to calos. True story. You can't just blame the calos, they're all in this together.

The boo-ing of MAS players was a bit funny on the first day, but for me it gets old. Now it's just plain annoying. It's what we call in Indonesian, 'lebay'. :p Too much.. it's just not necessary.

Today LYD touched hands with around 50 screaming female fans... They were so happy... I think some cried afterwards. No Bao this week, they quickly switched allegiance to LYD and (surprisingly) Fu Haifeng too!  There were women wearing veils who had a banner: "Fu Haifeng, jiayou!"

    :D:D:D ha ha ha! True!

Foo Kok Keong of MAS lovveeddd the hostile INA crowd. He almost always gestured for more louder boos... :p Ha ha ha... We remember many matches between FKK with Hariyanto Arbi that was like that... :p INA crowd loved hating FKK :p... In fact, FKK was considered a nice guy by virtually all the INA players and he is still good friends with many INA players even today... ;)

he he he... in the US, anyone who meets the Lakers in the playoffs will chant "Beat L.A.! Beat L.A.! Beat L.A.!" It is customary and have become a long-time tradition... It's just plain fun...

    Hmm..

    ..yap, that's him..
..hah, you mean the govt, the INA govt.??..gotta be kidding me...:p
Btw, "calo-calo" (ticket scalpers) are everywhere, not just in INA. If they can get away with it, what's stopping them??..
..they're booing just for the sake of booing..:p

Lim Swie King had launched his authography."KING"...he discussed about ALL Engalnd final in 1976 where he was asked by PBSI's official to lose to Rudy Hartono so Rudy could have the record of 8 time AE Champion....
Also there is a booth to promote "KING" movie, it is not about Lim Swie King but about a kid who is inspired to play badminton...Maria Kristin, Hariyanto Arbi..were featured in this movie...it will premiere on June 25...

Most of the flash users were the LYD fans [all female teenagers]...:p The INA security becomes weak if they have to be rough against young girls. Hint: if you take away LYD, BCL and FHF, then you will see less flash users... :D But that will be bad for the tournament...

About Liem Swie King biography book titled "Panggil Aku King" (Call Me King), it's right time to promote it that exactly coincide with INA SS 2009 event.
