Boonsak Ponsana at the 2009 Badminton Asia Championships

It should be interesting to follow Boonsak Ponsana at the 2009 BAC, April 7-12, Suwon, Korea.
Seeded as No.2, BP has a good chance of winning the Mens Singles title here.

BP's first round opponent will be Latsavong Yothin from Laos.

For current time in Korea: click here

Good Luck to Boonsak Ponsana !!!

    Cheers... chris-ccc

BP's first CHN opponent could be Zhou Wenlong at the Quarter-Finals

he hasn't produced a decent result in a while, hopefully we'll see something more from him this time around.

2009 BAC GP Gold: Boonsak Ponsana in Round of 16

    .
    What a surprise.

    Sasaki Sho [9][IMG][JPN] defeated [IMG][THA] Boonsak Ponsana [2] 21-16, 21-11 in 30 mins.

Sho Sasaki ought to be congratulated for creating this upset.

Thought that BP's danger would be at the Semi-Finals (when facing BCL), but his journey has now ended. :crying::crying::crying:

It's not that big a surprise. Sho Sasaki has been beating higher-ranked players of late, and BP has been losing to lower-ranked players.
