No..in Uber cup last year... XXF vs Yao Jie, LL against Judith then Ah Jaio against Rachel..I knew those matches pretty well..but she did lost to Rachel for sure...hm..actually the list of players had been submitted to umpires like 3 hrs before the macth..so ah jiao knew that she had to play...in Uber cup..you can not replace the player in last minute...you will get WO...so I do nto think it was that case..

Let's hope that Chen Long can be the next Lin dan in the making . Or else if Lin dan retired or married ,, china badminton will not be so strong anymore

even though is 3 hours before, but I think she really didn't get ready for it :D ZL had a sudden injured when she was warming up, so replaced by ah jiao. Ah jiao followed the trip to TUC but she never expected any of the 3 WS will be having injury plus she didn't have systematic training before the game. I still remember few hours before the UBER CUP QF China v Netherland, I was looking at the tournamentsoftware website, the line up for WS was XXF, LL, ZL. Then last minute I saw ZL's name was disappeared and replaced by ah jiao. I was so shocked at that moment :D And yes, LL v Judith and ah jiao v Rachel, I have mixed up with the netherland girls' name :D:p

i read somewhere that the rules is 2 hours before the matches,,,,
but suddenly Zhu Lin injured and get replaced by JYJ...
so JYJ is not ready for the match...
in UBER CUP 2006 Ah Jiao beat Rachel tamely and secure UC for China

the second and third sentence are correct but the last sentence is incorrect. Ah Jiao was defeated by Rachel in 3 sets :)

Looks like the toughest opponent for Kido/Setiawan en route to win MD title here is Young Dae/Baek Cheol. This Korean new partnership had produced impressive performance in three European tourneys last month, Winner of German Open, Semifinalist of All England and Swiss Open SS.

It was different when you played for team event like Uber Cup. The tension and the stress had to be very intense, thats why JYJ choked that time. But lots of players choked up when playing team event, not only her.

Anyway, in usual tournaments, JYJ will win over Rachel.

Yes. provided that Ld's entry is only fake.

Hafiz should have the same determination like what he'd shown in the alst tourney.
