2009 Swiss Open: Day 6 (Finals) Sunday March 15

We have arrived at this day, the 2009 Swiss Open Finals.

The first match will be the Mixed Doubles, commencing at 12:00 noon:
Bo ZHENG[IMG][CHN] Jin MA[IMG][CHN] -vs- [IMG][KOR] Yong Dae LEE [2] [IMG][KOR] Hyo Jung LEE
ZB/MZ appear to have settled their partnership problems. IMHO, LYD/LHJ could prove too experienced for them.

The second match is the Womens Singles:
Yanjiao JIANG[IMG][CHN] -vs- [IMG][CHN] Yihan WANG
WYH appears to able to take this title. She has shown us what she could do, after winning 2 titles in the last 2 weeks.

The third match is the Mens Singles:
Chong Wei LEE [1][IMG][MAS] -vs- [IMG][CHN] Dan LIN [2]
LD has shown us that he is invincible. Let's see if LCW can prove that LD is not unbeatable.

The last 2 matches are the Level Doubles (Womens and Mens).
    I would expect
    Jing DU [4][IMG][CHN] Yang (F) YU[IMG]
    and
[IMG][MAS] Kien Keat KOO [2] [IMG][MAS] Boon Heong TAN
    to win.

I concur with chris@ccc's predictions, except:

KKK/TBH just got whipped by Boe/Mogensen last week. Granted Boe/Mogensen also got beaten by CY/FHY, who are this week beaten by KKK/TBH. Oh, this is so confounding. I think it will be a close one.

Think in a positive way, we have 2 finalists in this Super Series, so we should be :
    A) Very Happy if we win 2 titles; :D
    B) Happy if we win 1; ;)
    c) "comfort" even we lose both :crying:

Between the 2 finalists, I think we have better bet to see KKK and TBH winning the title they last won 2 years ago... They were quite impressive from what I saw at 4 am just now, though my eyes were already groggy...

Meanwhile LCW just couldnt kill it off even though holding a few match point in the 2nd set, and have to play an unnecessary rubber set.

Even INA shuttlers failed to reach semifinal round, really disappointing result...Retraining program for those who got early exit in AE and Swiss SS.

KKK/TBH have a real good chance to win this MD title today. :):):)
For LCW, not such a good chance. But we hope he can do it.

In Doubles, it's usually better to play attacking than to defending

I can see that KKK/TBH can be faster and more furious than MB/CM. So, let's hope that KKK/TBH will play aggressively. Fast finish in 2 games. :):):)
