The Polish pair proves that they are no pushovers as they take the second set 21-14, winning 6 straight pts at 15-14.

It's gonna be Koo Kien Keat/Tan Boon Heong vs Jung Jae Sung/Lee Yong Dae yet again tomorrow. Will the home pair prevail yet again, this time with the support of the KL crowds.

Hendra A. Gunawan/Alvent Yulianto Chandra have progressed to the QF after they beat the tricky Polish pair Michal Logosz/Robert Mateusiak 21-13, 14-21, 21-8.

Another tough test in KOR's no 2 pair of Cho Gun Woo/Yoo Yeon Seong awaits the newly formed pair tomorrow. They have a 50-50 chance, esp with Alvent's experience.
