it is possible because of good timing.
Currently there aren't enough MD pairs in their peak. FHF/CY and JR/LP are close to retirement age. Bananakid sees FUZZY as school kids(too young):D. CW/TG can be consider retirement age bracket. Only real competition left are mk/hs and jjs/lyd.

No Doubt, those were the current top 3 pairs in the circuit right now.
Anyway, in terms of consistency, ALL of us know who are far behind ;)

If KKK cut down on his useless fancy play, he is still a top class double specialist.
Just like the way he display today, for outplaying LYD at the net :)
And very good teamwork too in the match :)

    Dear Malaysia Bolehians,

I have not commented in the badminton forum for quite sometime. But I must say the Malaysia Boleh spirit amongst some Malaysians are unbelievable. I guess for a nation that consider making the world largest omellete and building the tallest flagpole as an achievement which the country can be proud of, it is no wonder whenever our shuttlers win some minor tournament we al start the drooling and day dreaming process again.

Look at KKK/TBH for example, and lets be honest. Lets ask ourselves what have they won this year??? What happened to them in the big tournaments i.e. All England & Beijing Olympics?? I also maintained that we need to have some standards and by that I mean setting standards that are high, not some jagoh kampong standards. For example, winning some local tournaments dont count.

No disrespect to this Super Series Master Finals but this tournament aint exactly high on the list. And KKK/TBH or even LCW winning this 'holiday' or 'bonus' event is not an indication that they are on the up again. But I guess some credit must be given to them for winning the big prize USD money. So, yes credit is given to them for winning but no, they are not on the up.

I maintain my stand that KKK/TBH are fluke shots. They are all flash and short of substance. LCW still dont impress me as a big tournament player. Our shuttlers pretty much have the village champion mindset. And I believe 2009 will be another poor year for KKK/TBH & LCW. I say they are not gonna win the AE and as for the super series events, I say they wont be able to win more than 1 for KKK/TBH and 2 for LCW. Any Malaysia Bolehians game for a side bet??

<sigh> you still dont get what I mean or pretend not to know (as a mod, you should know). You're not Msian, you're not the one who'll be ridiculed as "these stupid fans" or along those lines. Now there's an additional thread that will do so. We are the ones will kena, not you

    2) Those of us who post articles will have more headache as there's multiple threads & overlapping. If post in one thread, off topic, post in the other also off topic. There's no general thread to post, end up, someone will open 3rd thread, more headache, or the articles not posted.:p

    I am speaking facts.
Ok take a deep breath and ask yourself how did our shuttlers performed in the big tournaments this year? When I say big tournaments, I mean the Olympics, AE & the Super Series. The Johor Open or the National GP dont count, for your info.
As for KKK/TBH what have they achieved this year??? During the run-up to the AE, they talked the talk; 'We are ready to plunder in Europe' (remember?). Well, what happened to them in the AE??? 1st round or something, right?? During the Olympics, remember the 'Glory' thingy???
Please look at LCW entire track record, he has never won anything major.
    Facts are facts, dude.

Your response, sadly is so typical of the Malaysia Bole spirit. When you find the facts difficult to accept, your rant about my nationality. No wonder we consider making the world biggest omellete as something Malaysia should be proud of.

Sorry I very seldom follow badminton these days. You mean KKK/TBH did not win the Johor Open & the NGP!!!??:eek: Is Rexy still around???

Maybe we should send KKK/TBH to the Kuala Kangsar Open or Batu Road Open next year.
