Frankly I nvr taken note what feathers is used for my shuttles before this. My regular brands are Yonex as 30, protech platinum/masterpiece
I try to avoid duck feathers. I just never had any good experience with it. Normally, I use Yonex AS 30. For less than 10$/dozen, I'd give them a try. Is there any chance to get those shuttles in Europe (Germany) without self importing? I've had bad experience with goose feather shuttles, too, so there's more to consider than just the animal.
I usually play with goose, because they usually fly better, last longer and don't actually break as much/big chunks. In a match I will use as much money in duck feathers as with goose feathers. So I prefer goose. How to get them to Europe is important for me.
@ningbo GIG , can good duck feather shuttles fly better than low-grade goose feather shuttles? Are goose feathers always more durable than duck's?
