Umm...So? MS is full of Bright Stars and GOATs and Variety....You can just pick 1.

Not really. Compare it to WS; there's a lot more variety there to make it interesting.
Mens singles is only now beginning the transformation that the women went through maybe 3 years ago.

because it is for Japanese audience with TV. So GOAT, variety and stars are not very important

But have you read OP's post? His MS preview is far more interesting than WS preview. So, that may be the actual case here.

yeah, but probably it is also because of their tight schedule to play on Sunday, travel on Monday, and play again on Tuesday. No proper practice at the hall as well
This will surely cause a lot of unprime condition, especially after 5 weeks of nonstop badminton

Even so, I wouldn't expect them to lose to Kim HaNa.

The GOAT, Yonex's prized catch, and LCW, not playing yet, that's why. Also, I think, in the early rounds, the organizer wants to draw in the crowd to watch on site.

Huang Yaqiong/Yu Xiaohan were partners in their junior days and just re-formed their partnership, not consistent yet as they've to rebuild mutual understanding. Also they are playing their 5th back-to-back tournaments/events though not as a pair until last week's KOR Open. Still somewhat unbecoming to be knocked out in the qualies, nonetheless.

Yes, I really like TVC players order tomorrow. I hope there's no MS until SF/F in TVC 1.
