New Victor Badminton String... VS680 with dia 0.65, Medium Feeling.
Utilizing the dipping technique, VS-680 is bonded with Thermo-Tech enhanced material to deliver improved durability. The 0.65 mm thin core design, at the same time, still provides excellent repulsion power and high hitting sound.

Did a couple of these at the All England. In black.
    In shite light:).

Kind of reminded me of the old SOTX 1050, if anybody remembers that one.

Just got two packs from my friend from China. I'll test these as soon as I'm fit again.

No hype for this string here on BC, apparently...

Anyone Tried this strings yet?. How does it compare to Lining no.1 & Yonex Bg 66 ultimax. Im looking for a good thin string that doesn't loose tension too quickly and feel dead

Just strung my N80 with it.

    Li-Ning N80 @ 12.5 kg = 1337.9 Hz

Feels at least 1 kg tighter than it should and looks thinner than 0.65 mm, tbh. Also very rough compared to Li-Ning No. 1.

Yeah, but only for a short time. I'll let you know if it reminds me of GT5 or indeed is GT5.

Well, it's not GT5. And it's not that good, either. :D It's not horrible, but just not great. Worth a try, though.

String works and performs fine. But it cost me a perfectly good JS10 3U that's nearly impossible to find here now. All because the string snapped while in one of my bags and I didn't now about it. Brand new string. Never saw a shuttle at all either. Now all I've got is a warped JS10 that never saw any use ever. I'm blacklisting this string for high tensions, and forever personally. It's got similar issues to the 890.

30/32lbs. They have a poor outer coating just like the 890. Noticed signs of nicks all across the string bed. And I am definitely accounting for proper clamp adjustment on my stringer's end. Because they did a 66UM job just before and it turned out perfectly fine.
