I watched some LD match replays and he really plays like a grandmaster now, much unlike his Total BWF WC total failure.

Wang Shixian was really cool and composed today and in good spirits too However,Marin was her usual self..shouting and screaming for luck of net cord..and gave a lame excuse after the match ''I was really tired''..Really???..."I didn't have any vacation for a long time.i will enjoy my vacations now"..Go for a lifetime vacation plz
From WSX's last two defeats to Marin, the way she played, I more or less thought she has the know-how to beat Marin sometime but when it actually happened today, I was still quite taken aback. I believe Chen Jin has already figured out how to deal with Marin, just that his charges haven't acquired the knack of doing so except WSX this time round. So gratifying to see, for me. It only goes to prove in WS there is no dominant player,basically it's an open field where the top 15-20 players can beat each other on a good day. For the time being, Marin is at most the first among equals. So far in this tournament, both Akane and Nozomi are doing very well on home soil, let's see how their respective opponents, namely WSX and TTY, fare against them tomorrow. I sensed that Akane has raised her game another level, not sure if it's temporary or permanent; if the latter, Akane may well regain the JPN SS title she won two years ago, come Sunday. We'll see.
I just watched the replay of WSX vs CM through a 720p video yet with inferior quality for it's rather blurred giving some dizzy effects, recorded from an inferor streaming. The G1 was fully owned by CM, 21-13 for her. In the G2 WSX was trailing all along the game, the widest margin was at 10-14, then leveled at 14-14, then again leveled at 16-16, from here WSX led for the very first time up to 18-16, leveled again at 18-18, managed to lead again at 19-18, 20-18, 20-19 then sealed off the G2 at 21-19. Chen Jin just joined Xia Xuanze into the coach seat at G2, 12-14 (he must have attended the match of LXR vs AY earlier). At the end of G2, it's Xia Xuanze who gave the coaching. Chen Jin said nothing. In the G3 WSX led all the way up to the interval 11-9. Xia Xuanze still gave his coaching, Chen Jin added some. After the break WSX continued to lead all the way up to the widest margin at 19-13, CM managed to add 2 more points, then WSX closed the match at 21-15, she practically owned the decider. In the entire match, I could see that CM showed no fatigue, she was able to run all the four corners to cover the shuttlecock matching the exploits of WSX. She just barely got any chance to smash, WSX simply gave her the minimum opportunity to do any smash with her shots. WSX just played better in this match. It's her day! No excuse.
